Misty Bond

Misty Bond is an award-winning public relations professional with a wealth of experience in various specialties, including broadcast media, influencer marketing, campaign creation, online reputation management, and crisis communications. In her role as the Vice President of Public Relations at doTERRA, Misty has increased brand awareness and garnered top-tier media placements, implemented an online reputation management strategy that highlights the company's successes while reducing overall scrutiny, and initiated a brand ambassador, influencer, and editorial affiliate program, resulting in increased credibility, recognition, and brand coverage.

Before her tenure at doTERRA, Misty enjoyed a successful career. After obtaining a bachelor's degree in pre-law and achieving Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) from the Public Relations Society of America, her career in the health and wellness industry began at USANA Health Sciences. During her time there, she had the unique opportunity to produce segments on The Dr. Oz Show, emphasizing the importance of overall wellness. Following six years at USANA, she transitioned to a small startup, Owlet Baby Care, where she contributed to the well-being of babies and provided peace of mind to parents. She fundraised for and supported foundations across the United States, ensuring free or reduced-cost baby monitors for parents in need. Misty also played a role at Purple Innovations, where she established a sleep advisory council to educate individuals about the significance of sleep. Additionally, she contributed to fundraising efforts, generating tens of thousands of dollars for Precious Dreams, a nonprofit organization dedicated to offering sleep and mental health support to children in foster care and homeless shelters.

In her leisure time, Misty serves on boards and engages in community service projects. Leveraging her ten years of experience as a single mom, she helps women recognize their worth and elevate their careers. Misty resides in Utah with her husband, teenager, and two cats, and she has two children, four stepchildren, and three grandchildren.
