SPE partnered with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) along with other consultants with the aim of consolidating all disparate systems into a single source of truth. The aim of the project was to use SAP’s best practices, tools, and people to transform, not rebuild, SPE’s enterprise backbone with the following strategic objectives:
