Cara’s achievements are numerous over the past 3 years. The focus of her work is to help bring treatments to those who need it. Seeing lifesaving medication that you work on get in to the hand of those who need it is incredibly rewarding. Cara is a Transformation Leader not only for the great work she does to help those who need it, but for how she runs her company. Her innovations on the field of Clinical Trail Patient recruitment have reshaped the industry allowing predictability in the enrollment of trails, providing shortened timelines and quicker time to bring a drug to market. One small example is on the summer of 2020 when the world was reeling from the pandemic and the industry was wondering how they could continue with the much needed clinical trials. Cara took on a difficult assignment, finding participants for an Alzheimer’s research study in the middle of a pandemic. Through hard work and innovation, Cara and CTM successfully enrolled the study ahead of schedule. That medication is now on the Fast Track from the FDA to be approved and will greatly improve the lives of those with Alzheimer’s.
