A Global Human Resources Department

Vistatec would like to recognize their Human Resources Department for its ongoing commitment to supporting the Vistatec culture. They often hear comments that include "everyone is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable,” in addition to "what I like the most about working in Vistatec are the people."

Vistatec is a global company with more employees worldwide. They have their global headquarters in Dublin, Ireland and the majority of their teams now work remotely. The Human Resources Department found it essential to build engagement between people who, although they work together weekly, might not have met or seen each other in person outside of video calls.

Working in a virtual environment might make an employee feel disconnected from the company values or culture unless successful programs become implemented effectively.
Vistatec’s Human Resources Department came up with a series of actions to ensure that employees feel engaged and part of the company no matter where they are. They also considered how much the company appreciates what they do.
