One Avenue are a hospitality driven luxury serviced office provider with seven locations across London, from London Bridge to the heart of London’s most affluent area – Mayfair.

One Avenue was founded in 2013, by our CEO who had a long standing career in both the Serviced Office and Hotel industry, he saw the lack of service within Serviced Offices and the attention to detail within hotels, which gave him the idea to combine the two; creating an office experience like no other. One Avenue has built an empire of luxury serviced offices and are now expanding even further across London, with our newest location recently announced.

One Avenue understand that the needs of the businesses who use our space are constantly changing, therefore our expert hospitality team constantly work to improve the service we provide to our clients. In 2022, One Avenue began our process of ‘Hotelification’, further enhancing our world class service to clients, as this is what makes us different to any other office.
