New potable water distribution pipelines have been installed, cleaned and pressure tested in the same way for many years. They can have a huge environmental impact requiring expensive lagoons to handle the super-heavy chlorinated water disposal required by this method.

Clean Pig™ eliminates all of these processes as the pipeline sections are laid one by one. Innovolo's proprietary engineering solution, Clean Pig™ is a full-size adjustable machine capable of saving multi-billion litres of potable water used for flushing, cleaning and pressure testing.
