Though I am not a business owner, my ideation process as a senior leader revolves around collaboration, data-driven insights, and a strong focus on solving real-world problems. I encourage brainstorming and collaboration across teams, believing that the best ideas often come from diverse perspectives. I would recommend focusing on continuous learning and leveraging the power of data and technology. He has shown that by staying committed to your vision and embracing bold ideas, it’s possible to transform entire industries. This mindset has influenced me to push the boundaries of what’s possible in my work and pursue innovation with a sense of purpose and determination.

The field of data and technology is always evolving, so it's important to stay curious and open to new ideas. At the same time, persistence in the face of challenges and setbacks is essential. I believe success also comes from collaboration—great ideas often emerge from diverse teams working together.
