Empowering global businesses with mobile-first solutions Transforming the lives of end-users with the freedom to work from anywhere while preserving the functionality and security seen in traditional solutions, we deliver cloud-based business communication solutions to global clients including Toyota, Securitas, Efficy, One.com, Decathlon, Svanströms, and DPD, and non-profits like men’s helpline Mansjouren Stockholm. Market-leading features and functions Our high-impact technological solutions create efficient, flexible, and reliable workforces - improving the entirety of the business’ technical capacities - whether remote or in-house, with 3 key fully-integrated functions: 1) Fixed-Mobile Convergence (FMC) bridges the gap between communications systems, enabling sales and customer service teams to have multiple numbers (either fixed or mobile) which can be answered on any of their connected devices through a dedicated SIM in their mobile phones. 2) Private Branch Exchange (PBX) phone systems connect employees to a telephone network using a managed service in the cloud. 3) Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) efficiently manage phone lines, ensuring priority calls are immediately directed to the right person. Long-term customer benefits - empowering the ‘deskless’ workforce Today, 80% of workers across the globe, from frontline workers to factory staff, are ‘deskless’. Our mobile cloud solutions let them communicate, collaborate, and work as efficiently as those in hybrid or in-office roles, fully utilising their own devices while separating business and personal matters. Creating a future-proof, mobile-first hybrid working solution has enhanced both employee and customer experiences at all of our clients’ organisations, including reducing queue times, call durations, and dropped calls without need for additional budget.

Transformative international growth has been delivered, YE22-24: - 33% revenue growth (€205.645m to €272.60m) - 33% growth in our workforce (750 to 1000 employees) - 100% growth in global partners (from 750 to 1,500) Recognised as a growth and innovation leader within the sector by the UCaaS Frost Radar report (2023) which provides a comprehensive analysis of 120 European businesses, our global clients secured a high-impact 91.6/100 Customer Satisfaction Score.
