At Axtria Inc., I am leading the Decision Science division, where I oversee commercial analytics for Fortune 100 healthcare organizations across the Midwest and Southern California. My focus has been on driving data-driven strategies that enhance patient outcomes, optimize multi-billion-dollar marketing investments, and predict patient preferences. One of my key contributions has been the creation of personalized outreach strategies that elevate patient care by predicting the preferences of individuals with rare and ultra-rare diseases, ensuring better-targeted interventions. Through the development of a market mix modeling framework, I have been able to significantly optimize marketing investments for blockbuster drugs, ensuring the highest return on investment (ROI) for marketing initiatives. Additionally, I lead a team of 11 data science professionals, where we collectively build cutting-edge predictive solutions that span across commercial analytics in healthcare, such as early warning systems that predict conditions like ATTR-CM and SCD. These solutions are integral in improving patient journeys, from diagnosis to treatment. Previously at The Math Company Inc., I helped scale the organization to over $60 million in revenue and played a vital role in leading teams to develop solutions that directly impacted business outcomes. I designed and developed a demand forecasting engine for a kitchen and bath hardware manufacturer, resulting in over $200 million in top and bottom-line impact. This engine forecasts demand for over 20,000 SKUs, driving strategic decisions around production planning and procurement. I also developed a decision management framework for a global beverage manufacturer, aligning revenue growth management stakeholders and optimizing marketing investments. In addition, my work at Mu Sigma Inc. included pioneering a fraud, waste, and abuse management system that predicted and prevented financial leakage of $12 million annually for a major insurer. I also designed a fee-for-value negotiation system that transformed how healthcare providers were incentivized, improving health outcomes and reducing unnecessary costs. Throughout my career, I have consistently delivered high-impact solutions that not only meet but exceed organizational goals, ensuring data science and analytics are at the core of decision-making.

To date, the market performance of the services I have been a part of has been exceptional, driven by a combination of strategic analytics, precise execution, and a deep understanding of client needs. At Axtria, where I currently lead the Decision Science business, my team and I have been able to engage with Fortune 100 healthcare organizations, driving significant commercial outcomes. By optimizing marketing investments and leveraging data to predict patient preferences, we have significantly enhanced patient outcomes, particularly through early intervention models in rare diseases like ATTR-CM and SCD. These innovations have led to a solid market presence and established us as a key player in commercial analytics within healthcare. Our analytical response to the market has been data-driven, focusing on predictive modeling and tailored outreach strategies. For instance, our work in demand forecasting for a major kitchen and bath hardware manufacturer delivered a bottom-line impact of $200 million, as we accurately predicted long-range and short-range demand for over 20,000 SKUs. This adaptability to different industries has allowed our solutions to gain traction across diverse sectors. Customer satisfaction has been a core focus throughout our engagements. The tailored solutions we provide not only address the immediate needs of clients but also deliver long-term value. Our ability to optimize marketing budgets, enhance operational efficiencies, and improve patient care has been recognized by many of our clients, who appreciate the practical and actionable insights we provide. Feedback has consistently highlighted the effectiveness of our models in improving decision-making processes, particularly in healthcare, where our predictive tools are helping to deliver better patient engagement and outcomes. As a result, we have established long-lasting relationships with clients who trust us to continue driving their strategic success through data science.
Question 3 : Provide examples of the strategies / plans you have introduced, in order to attain your product’s or service’s performance standard? Explain why the highlighted achievements are significant / unique.
Throughout my career, I have consistently introduced strategies designed to meet and exceed product and service performance standards. At Axtria, one key strategy was the development of a comprehensive decision management framework for a leading non-alcoholic beverage company. This framework aligned various stakeholders and analytical capabilities with the company's strategic vision, ensuring a streamlined decision-making process. This strategic alignment led to increased visibility at the executive level and optimized marketing investments across multiple regions. It is unique because it bridged global operational gaps and provided a robust structure that aligned cross-functional teams toward shared goals. Another significant initiative was leading the creation of a demand forecasting engine for a kitchen and bath hardware manufacturer, where I introduced a model that predicted demand at the SKU level for over 10,000 items. This forecasting system delivered a $20M bottom-line impact by enabling accurate production planning and raw material procurement. Additionally, I implemented a consensus-building platform that allowed key account managers to test various market factors and refine demand predictions. This strategy stood out because it combined advanced analytics with practical experimentation, empowering teams to dynamically adapt to market fluctuations and drive substantial business results. In the healthcare space, I led the design of a risk score model for a Fortune 50 pharmaceutical company, which elevated the standard of care for over one million patients. By analyzing patient engagement patterns and adherence, the model provided predictive insights into potential churn, allowing for data-driven retention strategies. The achievement was significant due to its direct impact on patient outcomes and healthcare costs, providing both operational efficiency and improved care management at scale. These strategies have been critical to meeting and surpassing performance standards by not only optimizing operations but also by creating scalable, data-driven solutions that enhance decision-making, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. Each initiative reflects my focus on leveraging advanced analytics to drive meaningful business outcomes, showcasing the unique value I bring to every project.
