Key achievements include as follows. 1. MarTech Platform Activation (2019-2022) - Priyal started enhancing the communications platform with the vision of scalability and considering business growth as well as specific areas that would require workflow management during pandemic to ensure customer experience around financial wellness and hardship building confidence amongst customers to save towards the future, resulting into not just betterment for the American population however growing funds growth within organization by more than $51MM.
