When they indicate an interest, they are forwarded to you, for follow up. The result: 3X-5X more qualified interviews without taxing your recruiters’ time.

Talenya’s Talent AI™ taps into a database of 1.5 billion profiles, to find and engage with the most qualified and diverse candidates for your roles and to turn them into applicants. It does this using 3 AI-powered functions which seamlessly integrate into a recruiter’s ATS from the very first sourcing step up until a candidate shows interest in an interview. Talenya’s Sourcing AI™ uses algorithms to read job descriptions, understand them within context and create a search using a unique, automated method. It then finds and prioritizes the ideal candidate list for your open roles. It is difficult to develop an AI-powered software that can think and act like a human recruiter. Every job is different and there are human sentiments involved in every search. In fact, 30% of what a recruiter looks for in a candidate comes down to personal preference. So the Sourcing AI™ calibrates to a recruiter’s preferences by having them approve or reject a few profiles to get a sense of what they’re really looking for. Talenya’s Engagement AI™ finds and automatically engages with hundreds of candidates for every role, optimizing message text and sequence to a science. It knows who to reach, when to reach them and how to attract them to apply to your open roles. Candidates that show interest are then returned to the ATS for follow-up. Companies use Talenya’s Engagement AI™ to boost their interview pipeline. Talenya’s Diversity AI™ uses algorithms to level the playing field for diverse talent and boost their participation in the hiring pipeline. Patented technologies are used to make the search more equitable for women and minorities, without any preferential treatment. Talenya has many satisfied clients including several leading brands in a variety of fields such as Xerox, Logitech, Blackberry, and J. Crew. Its G2 reviews similarly indicate a high level of customer satisfaction at smaller companies as well. Its applicability to companies of any scale and industry has allowed the platform to make an impact on the recruiting world in just a few short years. Talenya has also been featured in a number of important publications including the New York Times, Forbes, and the National Law Review, which called it “revolutionary technology”. There are a number of metrics that make Talenya’s market performance so high: A 3.5X return on investment for clients: Talenya saves money in the long run by saving significant time and money per interview sourced. A 30% decrease in cost per interview: Talenya provides 40% of interviews at 75% of the usual cost per interview. A database of 1.5 billion profiles: while many tools can increase a recruiter’s access beyond LinkedIn, none have as large a pool as Talenya. The Sourcing AI scours the internet not only on LinkedIn but on sites like Github, StackOverflow, and a range of others which may not be as obvious. A 30% sourcing time decrease: Talenya is entirely automated and requires very little effort on the recruiter’s part up until the point of scheduling an interview. Time usually dedicated to sourcing can be used elsewhere. Predicts diverse talent at 98% accuracy: Talenya is the first software to find diverse profiles by inferring skills often left off profiles by people of underrepresented groups. It increases diversity in the recruiter pipeline extremely effectively. Thanks to each of these metrics, Talenya has high client satisfaction and has performed well in the HR tech field.

Gauging recruiter preference: one thing missing in many automated tools is the ability to tailor to the human preferences that each individual talent-sourcer has. So, we had to develop processes to gauge the 30% of the requirements that are implicit (meaning they exist only in the recruiter’s mind). Thousands of jobs were used to "train" our algorithms to see beyond the job description and understand through only a simple calibration process what recruiters are “really” looking for. Engagement optimization: Talenya not only engages with a large pool of passive talent through a number of channels to get them interested in open roles, its Engagement AI™ is optimized to understand exactly the right time to reach out to the right candidates. It can predict how ready someone is to leave a current job and how to pique their interest through crafted messages, meaning recruiters can get the best candidates whether they’re passive or active. Privacy protection: In addition to being SOC-2 certified, Talenya does not store or process clients’ private information, other than job descriptions submitted by clients. Our privacy policy is designed to be compliant with the laws and regulations of where we conduct our business, including without limit, the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and applicable U.S. privacy laws. Diversity standards: Finding candidates of underrepresented backgrounds often comes down to either looking at pictures or on some search tools, filtering by identity. Talenya is the only product on the market that uses inferred skills, educational backgrounds, professional self-descriptions and more to put diverse candidates into the pipeline without sacrificing quality and without allowing for unconscious bias on the part of the user.
